A: As you browse our products, select any item for detailed product and pricing information, indicate your desired quantity then click on ‘Add to Cart’

Once you have gathered all the items you wish to purchase, select any one of Checkout Options and proceed through the indicated steps.

Q: How do I know if a product is available?

A: Product availability is updated frequently. However, in case there is a problem with the availability of a particular product, we will get in touch with you by email or telephone with an expected availability and delivery time for your order.

Q: Is there any minimum order value that I need to order?

A: No. You can shop for any value with us and we would be more than delighted to serve you.

Q: Am I allowed to change the mode of payment?

A: No. Once you have made the payments, you cannot change to another mode.

Q: How do I know whether you have received the Cheque / Demand Draft for the order I had placed?

A: We send a confirmation email to the email ID provided by you, If you haven’t received a mail, please inform us. Also mention the POD (Proof of Delivery) details of the courier through which you’ve sent the Cheque / Demand Draft. Our customer support team will definitely help you to resolve the issue.

Q: Can I phone or mail my order?

A: Yes. You can phone or fax your order to us. Our phone number is 022-42686262(Mon – Fri 9:30 am to 5:30 pm) or mail us at  ecommerce@gitanjaligroup.com. However, your order will be processed once your payment is realized and credited into our account.

Q: Do you have EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) facility?

A: No. Currently we do not offer any EMI facility.

Q: How do I redeem a coupon or discount code?

A: You may enter your coupon or discount code in the space provided during checkout. Only one coupon or discount code is accepted per order.

Q: Can I change the details for the order placed?

A: It is not possible to change the order details once you’ve placed the order. However, you can change the shipping details provided the product has not been yet shipped to the destination. Please contact the customer support team in advance.

Q: How much will I be charged for shipping?

A: Your shipping charge is calculated based on the order merchandise total and your preferred shipping method for each ship-to-address. Your shipping charge will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Q: When will I be charged for my order?

A: You will be charged for your order, once you have gathered all the items you wish to purchase, selected any one of Checkout Options and proceeded towards payment options through the indicated steps.

Q: Where in India can you deliver?

A: We deliver to any locations in India. Please provide your correct pin code for timely delivery.

Q: Who are your courier / logistics partner?

A: We deliver our product in India using either Blue Dart or Indian Post.

Q: Do you deliver to locations outside India?

A: Yes. We deliver to any locations outside India.

Q: Can I have my order gift boxed?

A: Yes, We will gladly gift box your items and include a card with a personalized message from you for free of cost.

Q: Can I have the gift delivered on a particular date?

A: Yes, you can have the gift delivered on a particular date provided the shipping address is served by our courier company.>

Q: Can I track the shipment of my order?

A: Yes. You can track the shipment using the airwaybill number on the courier company website.

Q: How do I know the status of my order?

Q: Can I ship to more than one address?

A: Yes. You can place order and have your item shipped to multiple addresses. Your shipping cost will be calculated based on the merchandise order total for each address and the service level you select.

Q: What is the estimated delivery time for an Order?

A: It will be our endeavor to deliver the product to you as soon as possible. The estimated delivery time for orders is 14 working days after the Order has been placed and payment has been realized and credited into our account.

Q: During what timings of the day can I expect delivery?

A: Deliveries of products are made during office hours, i.e., between 9 am – 6 pm.

Q: Will I be informed of the exact time of delivery?

A: The couriers are delivered during working hours.

Q: What happens if I am not at my delivery address at the time of delivery?

A: The courier will leave a delivery card for you to contact them in order to re-arrange delivery.

Q: Do I have to sign for the parcel personally, or can someone else sign for it?

A: People in your household can sign for the parcel; but they will be asked for some proof of identification.

Q: What if the delivery gets late or arrives before time?

A: It is our endeavor to deliver products on time. However, in rare and unavoidable circumstances, the delivery may get late or for that matter arrive before the scheduled time. We regret the inconvenience caused. Products will not be accepted back owing to minor delays or early arrival. Inordinate delays, however, should be brought into the notice of customer support team and due action shall be taken to resolve all such issues in your interest.

Q: What if I receive the product in damaged / defective condition?

A: In case you receive products different from what you have bought on the portal or if the product is damaged / defected, you can simply contact our Customer Care department or call on the centralized helpline number within 48 hours of the receipt of the order. You can avail of an exchange or refund on producing the invoice and the product in original packing and unused condition.

Q: Can you help me resize the ring after I purchase?

A: We can provide customize resizing of the ring only at the time of placing the order.

Q: Do I have to pay octroi charges on receiving of product?

A: Yes. If your product and shipping address is eligible for octroi, than you need to pay the charges at the time of delivery of the product.

Q: What is your return / refund policy for orders placed online?

A: Please refer to our Online Policy.

Q: Can I cancel my order, after I have placed order?

A: No. You cannot cancel the order, after the payments are made. Please refer to our return / refund policy.

Q: How do I return an item purchased online for a refund or exchange?

A: You can send the item accompanied with the original invoice, diamond authenticity certificate, packaging box and any other documents / gifts which are part of the item.

When you return the product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note and send it to us through a reliable courier or post it to us at the following address:

All shipping charges from your place to our address will be your responsibility. We recommend you to send your products by a traceable courier / post, as we will not be held responsible for returns that do not reach us. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping from your place to our place.

Q: How & when will I receive my refund / return amount?

A: Every request of refund / return would be passed only after the item is appraised and it is ensured that the item has not been tampered with or altered in any unacceptable manner. The customer will receive the payment in form of a cheque within 21 working days after the company takes the decision of the return / refund. The return / refund decision will be at the sole discretion of the company.

Q: I wish to give my feedback on the Product? How do I do so?

A: Once you are registered as a user with us, you can review any product and also give it a rating of your choice. Your reviews will be posted on the website along with the corresponding products in a short while.
