1. Position: Head-Merchandiser

Qualification required: Graduate, Preferably MBA/PGDBM with major specialization in Retail Merchandising.

Experience: 6+ yrs of experience in handling merchandise operations with reputed retail organisation. Experience in jewelry/ lifestyle industry is preferable.

Skills required: Must posses excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to lead, consolidate and develop the entire team. Can handle pressure possess a strong personality and convincing skills.

Job profile:

Will be responsible for following activities:

1) Responsible for maximizing merchandise sales using effective product selection, merchandising mix, and product display that stimulates consumers to spend more.

2) Planning product ranges and preparing stock plans

3) Improve efficiencies in stores through effective market analysis, trend forecasting, merchandise deployments, replenishment systems and inventory mgmt.

4) Strengthening relation with the franchisee through effective customer relations.
